John's formal background is in Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from George Washington University (2013). Although he has worked on various projects for the US Navy from refueling A4W nuclear reactors to lasers weapons to hypersonic vehicles, real estate development projects is where he feels he makes the largest contribution. He started his real estate career redeveloping properties in NE and NW DC. He brings his systems engineering thought process into deal sourcing not only to himself and his network but also to the largest wholesalers by genereate leads.
Today he brings that same knowledge back to our investors and empowers them with the same industry knowledge of deal sourcing offmarket deals and available to everyone.
